Golden Sands beach is the place to go and observe the incredible loggerhead sea turtle and the green turtle. The turtles that come here to reproduce, represent over a quarter of all the loggerhead and green sea turtle nests in the US. You can find this beach at the starting point of the Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge. Come and enjoy a peaceful day at this protected nesting habitat for these turtle species.

Be sure to include Seagrape Trail Beach on your must-visit beach list. This serene, secluded beach is known for having silver coins from the 1715 sunken Spanish Fleet scattered throughout the warm sand. Maybe you’ll get lucky and find one!

If your interest lies more in extreme adventure, Vero Beach offers exciting skydiving opportunities. Ever feel the urge to jump out of a perfectly good plane? Then this is for you! Imagine the feeling of free falling over beautiful Florida skies. Feel the wind lift and move you. Then it’s time to pull your chute and float safely back to each. Before you know it you’re back on solid ground.

For a fine dining experience that is second to none, plan to visit The Tides. They are known for great service, excellent seafood, and succulent duck. The Tides is the place to go when you’re in the mood to dress up for a romantic sunset meal.
